Flamingo Parks, home to many business owners and young professionals and gorgeous Mediterranean-style and Mission-style homes dating back to the early ‘20s. In the Flamingo Parks area you’ll always find luxurious cars lining the streets, polished shops, and top-notch restaurants. The Flamingo Park neighborhood is close to highways U.S. 1 and the I-95, and less than 10 minutes away from the local airport.

The Cityplace community is known as the heart of downtown West Palm. Cityplace is where you can find the top restaurants and vibrant nightlife. This area has undergone extreme changes in the last 10 years and now offers tons of opportunities for apartment and condo living. Its new facelift has brought about a new generation of residents and is becoming an increasingly popular place to live among young professionals. Cityplace is walkable, highly desirable, and has all the makings of a big city squeezed into a small town. The surrounding communities sit south of downtown and the Cityplace neighborhoods and are close to Palm Beach Atlantic University campus. These exiting communities are also home to tea gardens, lush parks, and museums galore. While many university students reside in the popular bungalow-style homes, there are also established residents that enjoy the excitement and calm of their beloved community.

Finally, the West Palm historic district, or Mango Promenade neighborhood, has beautiful homes that range from unique Bahamian and American-style bungalows, a true Florida trademark.
