Day 01 : Ahmedabad – BHUJ ( 400 KM)
We will arrive for Ahmedabad and then drive for Bhuj.
The city of Bhuj gets its name from the Bhujiyo Dungar which is a hill near the Bhuj town.Bhuj is an example of a desert town which is located between the two geographical phenomenon which is the Bujiyo Dungar located in the east and the Hamirsar lake located in the west.
We will stay at Bhuj for overnight.
Day 02 : BHUJ
We will start for the excursion for the Banni Villages after having breakfast.The exploration will take you through various villages and monuments.
We will visit the Karo Dungar or the black hill which is a drive towards the Datary Temple on top of the Karo Dungar which will give you mesmerizing views of the Great Rann.The villages are the last ones towards the India Pakistan border and you can see the craftsman villages which are there boasting of the exquisite craftsmanship and masterpieces.The ornaments and utensils which are made in these villages have been famous for their work.
The Banni embroidery of Kutch derives its name from here and is revered as a masterpiece in many places of the world.The track of 45 villages which consist of this craftsman community serve as one of the best crafts station in India.The Banni embroidery is known as the Kutch Bharat work and is known as Khambira,Kharek,Kacho Bharat Fako and Kodi.These stitches are world famous and come with gorgeous colours and styles.
The Banni grasslands are scattered with pastoral groups and villages and then we move for Khavda village.Khavda village is a small village who sell art known as Ajrakh.The twon is famous for the leather craftsmen and is a well known entity in the world of leather artwork.
Ludia village is a small hamlet comprising the Meghwal and the Samma communities which were herdsmen and then artisans.They paint the Bhungas and Kanjari blouses are made by the women of these villages.We will then visit the Hodka villages Khavda, Bhirandiara and Dumaro villages.Please note that all these villages need to visited with police confirmation.
We will stay overnight at Bhuj.
Day 03 – Bhuj – Jamnagar (300 KM)
We will drive for Jamnagar and visit the Bala Hanuman Temple.The Bala Hanuman Temple is famous for the continuous chanting of Jai Shree Ram and has been placed in the Guinness Book of World records for this feat.
We will stay at Jamnagar.
Day 04 – Jamnagar - Dwarka( 145 KM)
We will start for Dwarka and do a pilgrimmage tour for the temples.
Dwarka: The ancient city of Dwarka is one of the major pilgrimage centres of India which is famous for the Dwarkadhish temple of the Hindus.Legend says that Lord Krishna had moved to the beautiful coastal town of Dwarka which was set up as the capital at that time.The Marine excavations of the Dwarka cost bear testimony to the evidences embedded of the ancient city and is known as the Dwarkawati of the Krishna Lila.The major pilgrimage center enjoys the privilege of white serene beaches and is one of the beach getaways.
Dwarka is also famous for the SabhaMandap which is a 60 pillar hall which is a place for the 2500 year old scriptues.The halls named Jharokas offer a mesmerizing view of the beautiful Gomti River.You can also attend the everning aarti at the Dwarkadhish temple.
We will stay at Dwarka.
We will visit the religious locations of Bet Dwarka and the Nageshwar Temple.
Bet Dwarka- Bet is located at a distance of 30 kms from the Dwarka city and is surrounded by the sea from four sides.You can reach Bet from Dwarka throughOkha by road.Okha road jetty is one destination we will reach for Bet through a ferry ride over the sea.
The Nageshwar temple or the Nagnath Temple is located between the Gomati Dwarka and the Bet Dwarka Island and is located on the coast of the Saurashtra in Gujarat.The Jyotirlinga which is enshrined in the temple of Nagnath is also known as the Nageshwar Mahadev which attracts thousnads of devotees from all over the world.The Jyotirlinga is a symbol of protection from all kinds of poisions and is a renowned symbol of Hindu religion.
The Rukmini templw which dates back to the 12 to 13 Century which was built in the honour of Rani Rukmani who was the princess of Vidharbha and was married to Sishupala but had fled with Lord Krishna.The temple which is located at 1.5km in the north of the city is a piece of majestic architecture and skills.The temple walls was decorated with beautiful sculptures and paintings.
Gopi Talav is a place where Lord Krishna played with his Gopikas.
We will return to the hotel at Dwarka for the overnight stay.
Day 05 : Dwarka – Somnath ( 250 KM)
We will start for the Somnath Temple early morning for a 5 hour drive which is a famous for the devotion of Shiva and Vishnu.The most important of all the shrines in Somnath will be the Kailash temple with the architecture and huge 50 metre high tower and with elaborate carvings with idols and images.
We will visit the Bhalka teerth in the Veraval district.Bhalka Tirth or the Bhalka Pilgrimage is located in the Prabhas Kshetra near the Veraval in Saurashtra on the western cost of the state of Gujarat.This is the place where Lord Krishna was hit by an arrow by Jara,a hunter after which Lord Krishna left for heavenly abode.
We will visit the Somnath Temple for the evening Aarti and then witness the majestic Sound and Light show we will visit for the beach of Somnath and then we will move for the beautiful shores.We will then move for the hotel at Somnath after enjoying the captivating sight of the might seas with blue waters and white sands.
Day 06 : Somnath – Diu (100 KM)
We will move for the Diu sightseeing after breakfast.
Diu is a beautiful island which comprises of sun,sea and sands.The tiny island offers an exquisite view of the sea and nature at its best.It is situated in the Southern part of Saurashtra (Kathiawad) which is a peninsula surrounded by the Arabian Sea.
We will then move for the St.Paul's Church in the Diue region which is famous for the wood carvings and remains of the Portuguese era.The next thing to see will be the St.Thomas Church Museum and it is reminisciant of the Gothic style of architechture which existed in the year 1598 and hgas been one of the major jewels of the architecture of India.
Diu Fort : The beautiful structuyre stands on the coast of the Diu Sentinel and is known for the gallantry shown by the solddiers during the ancient times.
Nagoa Beach : The Nagoa Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches and will transport you to a wonderland.The beach is shaped as a horse shoe and is visited by thiousand of tourists from all over the world.
We will stay overnight at Diu.
Day 07 : Diu
Today you can go for activities on the Diu beach and enjoy local sight seeing and shopping.

Day 08 : Diu - Sasangir
We will move for the Sasangir safari from Diu.Gir is the only wildlife national park outside Africa which has been famous for its lions.The Gir forest also has a plethora of rich wildlife and is know for the predators of Panther and Hyena.The Indian Deer with spotted dear and blue bill has been one of the best attractions in Gujarat.The Chinkara and the long tailed langur will make your wildlife safari experience in Gujarat the best adventures.
Overnight we will stay at Sasangir.
Day 09 : Sasangir – Ahmedabad ( 400 KM)
After breakfast we will move for Ahmedabad.Local sightseeing around Ahmedabad will be conducted showing the rich architectural heritage of the city beside the banks of Sabarmati.
Day 10 – Ahmedabad
After breakfast we will go for sightseeing in Ahmedabad.
Gandhi Ashram is a quiet place near the Sabarmati river which Mahatma Gandhi had set up in the year 1915.The Satyagrah Ashram was the birthplace of the freedom movement and in 1930 Mahatma started the Dandi march for the sea to protest against the Salt Tax by the British.The Hridaya Kunj is the cottage where Mahatma Gandhi stayed and it is one of the important tourist attractions.
We will stay at Ahmedabad for the night.
Day 11 : Ahmedabad
After breakfast we will leave for the Airport for the onward journey
