From Dehradun the trek will start by 8 AM in morning. So plan your journey to Dehradun in such a way that you reach Dehradun by 6 AM in morning. So if at all you are late, then still you can make it. Start early from Dehradun and reach Pantwari via Mussoorie. It will take approx 3-4 hours. The camping ground at Pantwari is green meadow and is home of mint leaves which can be used with tea as energizer or can be cooked as a dish. We experience beautiful and awe inspiring sunrise from base camp. After reaching the base camp, enjoy the evening with a bonfire and enjoy a delicious meal under the clear starry sky. Day 02: Trek from Campsite to Nag Tibba Temple 3Kms and Trek Back to Base Campsite
Start early next day post breakfast and reach to the temple. From there hike to the Nag Tibba ridge. This part of Nag Tibba Trek will take approx. 2-3 hours. The forest become dense and is dominated by oaks and rhododendrons. The forest floor is also damp indicating the lack of sunlight reaching it. The whole route is very scenic and will leave you astonished with the immensely beautiful landscape that covers the whole region. It takes around 3 hours to reach the Nag tibba summit. And then start trek down to Pantwari. Drive from Pantwari to Dehradun. Please note you will reach Dehradun by 9:30 PM in night. Make yoour return arrangement from Dehradun accordingly

Nag tibba weather is something that makes this trek a enjoyable one. In winter you will find snow in trail. Snow starts to diminish from March and from April to October Nag Tibba becomes a classic Himalayan short trek. During night temperature is generally less. Day teperature is pleasant. In winter temperature may drop to -5 degree sometimes. If you see Nag tibba trek reviews then you understand why Nag Tibba is a classic trek. Though it is an easy graded trek but still nag tibba trek guide is needed during trekking as availability of staying option and food in the trail is not available. You will be provided accommodation in tent. The tent will be pitched at plane camping ground. No extra permit fee to be paid for that

You can start from any of those points. Dehradun to Pantwari distance is lesser than Haridwar to Pantwari
How much does transportation costs? Please tell me about both Dehradun to Pantwari and Haridwar to Pantwari.
If you are a group of 4 or more people then we can arrange a car for you. Otherwise shared cabs are also available which generally charge 300-500 INR one way per person. You will get such cabs from Haridwar or Dehradun station.

The Nag Tibba Trek

The Nag Tibba Trek Villages
1.Devalsari Village: Situated in the Tehri district, tourists initially encamp here for the Nag Tibba Trek. The trail is distanced 13kms from the village. The trek yeilds a placid, tranquil view to the tourists. The trail goes through the thick deodar forest. Trekking further 3kms, one can reach the Nag Tibba Trek.
2. Pantwari Village: Distanced 50kms from Mussoorie, being one of the most minuscule route to reach The Nag Tibba Trek, the way along this village also provides a picturous view. One will have to take the route towards the Kempty Fall, taking road till Nainbag. Taking a right from Nainbag, you’d reach the Nag Tibba road. The course is little pachy, rough and might require a guide.
3. Aunter: This is one traversable, unobstructed pathway to the Nag Tibba Trek passing through the Thatyur village. The track is a bit restraining, but the route is quite straight few slopes.
4.The Goat Village: This village is culturally and traditionally refined, curated and a tranqil haven in the hilly regions of Garhwal.
