Beas Kund Trek Highlights

  • Beas kund trek will start from Naggar. One of the most amazing treks through dense forests, rivers and with patches of steep ascends and welcoming meadows.
  • The trek route will be from Naggar to Bandak thach. Our representative will pick up the travelers from Naggar.

Detailed trek itinerary

Day-1: Reporting Manali.(1800m)
Reporting – Acclimatization – Orientation & Briefing of the trek – Trek Preparation & shopping. Sufficient time would be given for visiting market and nearby places.

Day 2: Manali/ Solang Valley/ Bakar Thach(3242m: 10700ft.) Via Taxi.(/ 8 hrs) (approx. 13-14 kms.)
When we are done with breakfast, packed lunch and bag packing, then we will take you a cab to the Solang Ropeway Point which will be around 2 hours drive from Manali. . There is no civilization at Bakar Thach,the riverside of Beas offers an exhilarating experience for all the Nature Lovers. We will camp for the night at Bakar Thach.

Day 3 - Bakar Thatch – Beas Kund(12800ft.)- Bakar Thach (3242m/10700 ft; 6 to 7 hrs) Approx 10-11 kms
We will start our trek from Bakar Thach. It will take around 2-3 hours to reach the Beas kund. Beas Kund offers a rich experience of Himalayan view, flora and fauna. The Beas river will follow us throughout the trail.The campsite at Bakerthach offers great views of the Friendship peaks,Seven sisters,Shitidhar peak and others.Enjoy the evening soup and relax.After dinner we shall rest and prepare for the next day.

Day 4 - Bakar Thatch –Solang Valley- Manali. (1800m/6000ft ; 5 – 6hrs) Approx 13 – 14 kms
We will start from Bakar Thach with a moderate descend and it will not take more than two hours to reach Solang valley. It will be an easy walk of 3 hours with the dense coniferous forests and the gushing Beas river by our side.Then with a rented vehicle we will reach Manali and we bid farewell from Manali after 6 PM.

How to Reach

From Delhi
Reach New Delhi via train or flight.
Board bus from ISBT (Kashmere Gate) for Manali.
Get down at Patlikuhal which is 26 kms after Kullu and 20 kms before Manali.
Take a share cab/auto/local buses to reach Naggar from Patlikuhal (6km)

  • Cancellation prior to 30 days from date of departure: 25% Refund
  • Cancellation between 30 days to 20 days prior to date of departure: 15% Refund
  • Cancellation between 20 days prior to date of departure and departure date: No Refund
