The river carries glacial remnants from the Rupshu plateau and runs for a few kms along the Manali Leh highway north of the Baralacha Pass before taking a winding course through the mountains and high passes flowing in the north-west direction This is perhaps the best of all the offbeat camping in Ladakh. You shall trek through the Tsarap river trail. Very little is known about the trail and you may not find any detail about this trekking route in any guidebook
